Cognos 10.2: Customizing Report Studio Image Dialog Default Path
With every version of Cognos, the location of the Javascript file that configures default values for the "Insert Image" dialog has changed. I wasn't able to find this readily available, but after some digging have narrowed it down to the below location in v10.2. <Cognos installation>\webcontent\pat\cchl\dialogs\_MR9_async.js Be sure to create a back up copy, then replace all instances of "/samples/images/" with "../<name of new path>". Don't forget to add an authoring rule for the directory in WebDAV.
