Exchange message forwarding/redirection rules with Outlook 2007
You will need to have Microsoft Outlook 2007 installed on your local machine and have it configured to access your e-mail through an Exchange 2007 connection. To create a forwarding rule to forward e-mail from your Exchange mailbox to an alternate address: Click Tools at the top of the main Outlook 2007 window. Click Rules and Alerts from the menu. Click the New Rule button. Click Check messages when they arrive . Click Next . Check the box for received in a specific date span . If you would not like to set a specific time span in which to forward/redirect messages, you may skip to Step 10.
